该职位来源于猎聘 Key Accountabilities/Duties 1) Familiar with the traditional HR modules, understand the linkage and collaboration between HR modules, and maintain good collaboration with other teams to find the optimal solution. 2) Handle compensation and benefits operation including promotion, annual compensation review, payroll delivery and tax declaration as well as provide C&B related advice to line managers. 3) Coordinate with employment/staffing process, ensure employee information is properly filed and maintained. 4) Be sensitive to the changes on legislations and local laws, proactively review and update C&B policies to provide best practice; Able to address employee relations management issues. 5) Assist in vendor management; Maintain effective communication channels with service agents to C&B projects. 6) Be familiar with HR systems and able to initiate enhancement and continuous improvement based on daily practices and current SOP. 7) Facilitate the completion of projects according to the project plan and requirements, in terms of quality and quantity and within the stipulated timeframe. 8) Manage report and analysis to meet biz needs. 9) Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Incumbent specification 1) Bachelor degree or above 2) at least 6 years working experience in HR C&B function 3) Good English language skills 4)Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 5)Master of Word, Excel, PowerPoint 6)Good time management skill 7)Sensitive to employee relations management 8)Solid data analysis skill 9)Familiar with local labor laws 10)Able to work independently with instructions 11)Strictly follow instructions, raise to Manager if uncertain with processing 12)Think logically 13)Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities 14)Team player. 15)Experience in multi-national work environment 16)Project management
