**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Airlines Business Development Specialist
to manage internal relationships and project management, ensuring successful service delivery and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful implementation of business strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle all aspects of customer account management, including issue resolution and escalations.
  • Track and forecast key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual revenue projections.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the market.
  • Address client challenges with strategic solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in the airline industry.
  • Proven experience in
    account management, business development, project coordination, or related roles
    .
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions that align with business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Language skills:
    Fluency in
    English and Mandarin
    is required.
