该职位来源于猎聘 Main responsibilities 主要职责:
- Make category procurement strategy, establish supplier classification management system, and achieve annual cost reduction target 制定品类采购策略,建立品类供应商分级管理体系,实现年度降本目标
- Lead the new supplier development, manage contracts, maintained supplier master data and other daily management 主导新供应商开发,签订合同、维护供应商主数据等日常管理
- Conducted supplier performance evaluation from price, delivery, quality and service, and lead supplier optimization and phase out plan, improve supplier capability for strategic suppliers. 从价格、交期、质量及服务等角度进行供应商绩效评估,主导供应商优化与淘汰计划, 战略供应商持续优化改善。
- Lead material development, assist team to complete material certification and management. 主导零部件开发,协助相关成员完成物料认证及管理工作。
- Drive early supplier involvement (ESI) to achieve VA/VE cost reduction through collaborative R&D. 推动供应商早期介入(ESI),协同研发实现VA/VE降本
- Assist SQE to solve quality problems quickly. 协助SQE快速解决质量问题。
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. 完成上级交办的其它工作。 Job Requirements 任职要求:
- Bachelor's degree or above (with a degree certificate). 本科及以上学历(有学位证)。 2.3 years or above related working experience in manufacturing company . 三年以上制造企业相关工作经验。
- More than 5 years of Category sourcing experience, professional in some categories (such as electronic components/injection molding/etc.) 5年以上品类采购经验, 熟悉关键品类(如电子元器件/注塑/等)
- Know cost analysis model, familiar with cost structure 了解成本分析模型,熟悉成本结构
- Strong negotiation skills 具备较强谈判能力
- Own cost & risk management sense 有成本管理、风险管理意识
- Strong cross-departmental coordination ability, move forward quickly and decisively 跨部门协调能力强,快速而果断前进
- Strong logical and independent thinking ability 较强的逻辑性以及独立思考能力
- High initiative, strong learning ability 主动性高,学习能力强
- Engineering background is preferred 工科背景优先
