To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt's Talent Philosophy and Leadership Profile throughout the hotel.

  • 在酒店行政委员会中代表人力资源的职能。

Represents the Human Resources function on the hotel's Leadership Committee.

  • 协调和监督人力资源部的整体活动。

Co-ordinates and monitors the activities of the Human Resources Division.

  • 有效管理酒店员工福利项目,确保员工的福利在本地市场具有一定的竞争力。

Oversees the hotel's Associate welfare programmes, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.

Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions.

Supports the development of supervisory and management personnel in the hotel, through the implementation of an effective succession plan, coaching/mentoring programme and by assisting the Learning department with selected Leadership Series courses.

Oversees the training and development function for all hotel Associates.

Assists in the training of Human Resources Associates making sure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties in the most productive way.

Ensures a strong professional relationship with all levels of Associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.

Ensures that all Associates report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

Ensures that Associates maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department's grooming standards.

Oversees and supports the implementation of The People Playbook in every department in the hotel.

Encourages Associates to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation.

Ensures that all Associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to Associate rules and regulations.

  • 确保所有员工了解并遵守酒店、集团和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Ensures that Associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

Oversees the action plans of Colleagues Experience Survey

as developed by department heads and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with Associates, supports them in their professional development goals.

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

Responds to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Qualifications
人力资源、服务业、酒店管理等相关大专或本科及以上学历

至少两年人力资源副总监或大规模酒店人力资源部经理经验

良好的问题解决能力、人际交流技巧及行政能力

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HR or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
