  • Product management :

产品管理 ○Work in cooperation with the US Product line manager to build up product roadmap of Outdoor Luminaires category

与美国产品线经理合作,制定户外灯具类产品路线图 ○Co-develop and generate the Request for Development (RFD) based on the finalized product roadmap and follow up with Project team about the launch schedule.

根据最终确定的产品路线图,协同开发和创建开发需求的文件并和项目组跟进产品上市的计划 ○Propose and initiate best solution for timely resolution of project blocking points and ensure quick time-to-market product line introduction

提出并发起寻找最佳解决方案,及时解决项目阻塞点,确保产品快速投放市场。 ○Packaging & Marketing material creation and update with our designer (print + web)

和设计师一起设计产品的包装及市场推广的材料 ○Coordinate product-in / phase-out with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain team

和市场团队、销售团队和供应链团队协同合作,保证产品的更新换代 ○Follow up product line performance, sales and stock. ○跟进产品线业绩、销售及库存情况 ○Sales report and analysis for the responsible product lines

分析所负责的产品的销售数据 ○Developing and executing profitable growth strategies for product line across the markets

为市场的产品线制定和执行盈利增长策略 ○Propose and initiate corrective actions to ensure performance maximization of your product lines 提出并推动纠正措施,确保产品线的业绩最大化 ○Working with QA, R&D, purchasing, logistics and supplier on all product related issues. 与质量部门,研发部门,采购部门,供应链物流部门及供应商合作解决所有与产品相关的问题

和市场及销售团队协调产品的广告和推广项目 ○Help in preparing Sales team training and offer technical support 协助准备对销售团队的培训和提供技术支持 REQUIREMENTS 要求 ○> 3 years' work experience in Product Management of LED Outdoor Luminaires

3年以上的LED户外灯具产品经理 ○Business degree or Engineering degree

贸易或工程专业毕业 ○Fluent English & Mandarin required

英语和普通话流利 ○Independent but works well on a team

能独立工作,拥有优秀的团队精神 ○Good command of Windows office and familiar with social media

熟练运用常用的电脑软件和社交媒体 ○Ability to travel (around 10-15% of the time) 可以适应出差(大约10-15%的日常时间占比) ○Ability to work across time-zone, with regular transcontinental calls and in a multicultural environment 能够跨时区工作,经常跨大陆打电话,并能在多元文化的环境中工作 ○Electronics or Lighting background is a positive plus 照明专业或电子专业背景优先 ○Excellent interpersonal skills and capability of solving tough problems 优秀的人际交往能力和解决棘手问题的能力
