What You Will Do

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand business strategy; transform business strategy to HR strategy, and provide customized HR solution to support business goal.
  • Respond, review and analyze business request to provide HR consultancy or recommend appropriate plans to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices be in compliance with Molex corporate and the statutory requirements while limiting liabilities and promoting a safe, fair, positive and engaging work environment.
  • Closely working with TA team to deliver clear strategic resource planning with high talent acquisition standards.
  • Facilitate employee training and development activities; support business to review organization talent status and design development plan.
  • Support business to manage employee performance and compensation to maximize employee contribution.
  • Support business to well manage the position including recruiting, transforming, restructuring, and terminating to optimize organization.
  • Handle Labor/legal issues, employee disputes, PIP and separation cases.
  • Support the roll out of employee activities in assigned department.
  • Support, communicate within DG organization and promotes employee understanding in global/regional/DG HR policies, procedures, programs or activities.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR solutions/leverage capability teams across China and global; communicate status and develop solutions for business.
  • Be proactive partner to steward and advance PBM.
  • Take the role of communication between employee and business to improve employee morale.
  • Support HR leader, as assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor or above Degree;
  • 3-5 years' HR Generalist experience or operation experience , has HRBP experience or manufacturing operations experience preferred;
  • Proficient English writing and speaking skills;
  • Effective communication, coordination, influence and facilitation skills;
  • Good organizing, planning and prioritizing skills to effectively handle multiple tasks;
  • Possess initiatives, result-oriented and customer focus;
  • Strong analytical capability and critical thinking skills;
  • Open to challenge and hold strong willingness and capability to learn and embrace change;
  • Strive for continuous improvement in terms of business result and process;
  • Strong business acumen and business partner mindset.
