Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is looking for a Senior Creative Specialist – Performance Ads to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate is a digital-first storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of AI generative tools, video editing, and performance-driven creative optimization. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for concepting, producing, and optimizing ad creatives — including video and static content — that align with our brand aesthetic while driving measurable results across paid media channels.

Job Description

  • Concept, design, and produce AI-generated and edited image/video content optimized for Performance Ads.
  • Fulfill the content volume target with quality based on performance marketing ad trends for achieving high ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Stay tuned to social content trends (IG Reels, TikTok, etc.) and translate them into CASETiFY's brand tone.
  • Stay on top of creative and AI trends, experimenting with new techniques to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Execute end-to-end creative workflows — from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to generation, editing, and delivery.
  • Use AI models for script generation, scene creation, image-to-video, and concept visualization. Traditional techniques like rotoscoping and 3D tracking may be needed to refine or fix imperfections in AI-generated content.
  • Edit ad creatives, either images and videos using various editing tools with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling flow.
  • Interpret performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, ROAS) to iterate on creative direction and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to ensure a cohesive creative strategy.

Requirement

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital content creation, editing, or performance advertising (junior candidates considered).
  • Proven expertise in AI creative tools and prompt engineering. Also skilled at leveraging AI to scale creative production while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Skilled in CapCut and Canva (mandatory), as well as Adobe Suite tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. Experience with color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve (optional). Or any equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to apply them creatively.
  • Creative problem solver with a fast iterative mindset — able to turn briefs into high-performing ad visuals.
  • Familiarity with voiceover generation, text-to-video, image-to-video.
  • Familiarity with basic color, sound levels, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong artistic sense and an eye for detail and composition.
