- Skillful lead quality planning in new project launch and gate review for customer requirements; contact customer SQE / STA for engineering or process change notification and approval
- Follow up process/material change for ECR/ECN and PCR
- Develop and optimize PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI & Visual Aids
- Window person for leading customer onsite auditing and qualification, action follow-up and closure.
- Participate project try run and drive open issue on-time closure.
- Handle product audit the yearly type testing.
- Window person for Quality VOC.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor degree with good English and computer skills
- Know about QS9000, VDA and IATF16949 system
- More than 5 years working experience of quality in auto industry preferred
- Good communication skills and familiar with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP,FMEA,MSA, control plan, SPC
- Internal audit experience preferred
- Proficient at reading and writing in English, basic oral kill is required.
- Willing to take challenge tasks.
Nice To Haves (preferred Qualifications)
- SMT experience in auto industry is preferred
- IATF internal auditor certification is preferred.
