- Lead the root cause investigation and define corrective/preventive actions by coordinating cross functional team to solve problem and prevent issue reoccurrence 协调跨部门进行合作,调查分析重大质量问题并系统化的制订对应的纠正预防措施,避免问题重复发生
- Launch and drive quality campaigns, establish a systematic quality improvement & preventive mechanism to minimize issues occurrence 发起并推进质量改善活动,建立系统化的质量改善和预防机制以减少质量问题的发生
- Optimize and consolidate quality process based on customer complaint or internal quality non-conforming 基于客户投诉或其它内部质量问题对流程进行优化
- Travel to customer for on-site deep root cause analysis and investigation for critical complaint, work out solutions and actions by working with service engineer or TS team 前往客户端对重大质量问题进行现场分析和调查,与服务工程师或TS团队制订问题的解决方案及改善措施
- Control quality cost of internal issue and customer complaint 控制内部质量问题及客户投诉的质量成本
- Understand and implement company culture and quality policy 理解并落实公司文化和质量方针
- Fulfill other tasks which are assigned by Quality Manager 完成质量经理分配的其它任务 QUALIFICATIONS: 任职要求:
- More than 5 years quality field working experience, Hold bachelor's degree with mechanical or equivalent major 5年及以上的质量相关领域工作经验,机械或其它同类专业本科学历
- Familiar with quality 7 tools,8D reports and other quality control/improvement tools, six sigma knowledge is plus 熟悉质量七大手法,8D报告等质量控制及改善工具,具备六西格玛管理相关知识优先
- Excellent ability of mechanical drawing reading, familiar with GD&T 较好的机械读图能力,熟悉GD&T
- Capable to use general measuring tools and equipment, CMM experience is preferred 具备通用检验量具、仪器以及三坐标的使用能力
- Good quality sense and troubleshooting skills, capable to solve problem with a good teamwork 较好的质量意识及问题分析解决能力,拥有较强的团队协作解决问题的能力
- Understand QMS(eg. ISO9001) requirement 理解QMS(如:ISO9001)质量管理体系要求
- Solid ability of MS office implementation, spoken and written English is required 熟练的使用MS office软件,能使用英语进行基本的对话和书写沟通
