Hengstler, established in 1846, is a leading European manufacturer of industrial counting and control components with over 175 years old, such as counters, encoders, industrial controllers, temperature controllers and relays. The product range is supplemented by printers and cutters.

For over sixty years, Dover Motion has been collaborating closely with clients to develop precision stages and customized motion solutions, helping them achieve their goals in motion performance, cost-efficiency, and time-to-market.

Essentital Duties And Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end technical support for Dover Motion products, spanning the entire cycle from pre-sales technical presentation, product selection and solution evaluation to post-sales debugging and assistance.
Alignment with the global team to ensure that customer customization requirements are accurately communicated to the overseas project team, thereby guaranteeing on-time project delivery.
Assist customers with on-site product installation, API interface debugging, troubleshooting, quality issue tracking and follow-up to facilitate prompt internal resolution, as well as test report preparation.
Develop technical documentation (e.g., debugging instructions) and produce marketing materials including video tutorials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on independent experience in relevant electrical engineering projects.
Proficient in the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of linear motors; experience in mechanical design is preferred.
Experience with 2D drafting using AutoCAD or similar software.
Experience in 3D modeling and drafting using ProE/Creo or SolidWorks.
Experience with electrical design software; experience with (.NET, C++, or Python) is a plus.
Working knowledge of driver commissioning; practical project experience preferred.
Excellent communication and rapid problem-solving skills.
Business-level English proficiency.
Willingness to travel as needed.
