A key pillar of this organization is the Marketing Automation capability which consists in how Marketo and all relevant automation systems are supported in the company.
About Your Role
The Senior associate for Marketing Automation, APAC will be responsible for supporting the Manager in executing campaigns for the APAC regions, the Role will consist in :
- Manage execution of email campaigns end-to-end, creative assets, creative build and deployment using Marketo, across all APAC channels/departments
- Perform campaign-specific quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance
- Working with local marketing team to plan the campaign projects and timescales
- Execute on A/B and multivariate tests to increase engagement across marketing channels
- Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations to senior staff
- Deliver continuous improvements to the email systems to improve campaign efficacy
- Brainstorming new ideas for fresh creative campaigns or making adjustments to test with ongoing campaigns
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email About you
- Solid Marketo experience, a Marketo certification would be an added advantage
- Ability to prioritise multiple campaigns whilst continuing to deliver on time and with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of email best practices, methodologies, techniques, tools within Marketo
- Comfortable managing and optimising email design and build process
- Proven track record in interpreting, managing and analysing campaign reports
- Proficient in English and Chinese to support different regional communication requirements
