Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall corporate strategy development and analysis, including but not limited to commercial expansion, investment strategy, new market and business development, and building the company's second growth curve;
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable strategic recommendations;
- Translate high-level strategic direction into executable plans and drive cross-functional collaboration and implementation;
- Support the development of mid-to-long-term (e.g., 5-year, 10-year) strategic goals and roadmaps;
- Monitor execution progress, conduct regular reviews, and optimize strategic direction and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- High-potential, resilient, and quick learner; Strong logical thinking, systematic analysis, and strategic decomposition skills;
- Must have experience in domestic pharmaceutical companies—including Chinese biopharma or leading biotech firms; Prior experience in corporate strategy at an MNC followed by successful transition to a domestic pharma company is preferred;
- Solid industry experience within pharmaceuticals with a track record of successful strategy implementation;
- Must have commercial background—experience in sales, marketing, market strategy, or commercial planning is preferred;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to drive execution across business units;
- Keen insight into industry trends and the ability to quickly identify business challenges and propose solutions.
