Job Responsibilities:
Support the Planning and Execution of PR Campaigns
Assist in designing and implementing public relations activities tailored to target markets (e.g., social media content, local media collaborations, culturally adapted communication strategies), ensuring messaging aligns with local cultural norms.
Facilitate Brand Localization Initiatives
Support the execution of localized branding cases (e.g., product naming adjustments, localization of advertising copy) to ensure cultural relevance and market suitability.
Cross-Cultural Communication & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, KOLs, government institutions, and communities.
Provide cultural insights and communication support to bridge cross-cultural gaps.
Help the team understand cultural sensitivities in target markets to mitigate PR risks.
Content Creation & Localization
Collaborate on drafting PR materials, social media copy, and brand narratives that resonate with local audiences, enhancing the brand's cultural appeal and relevance.
Strategic Input & Professional Development
Participate in discussions on overseas PR strategies, offering culturally informed recommendations.
Provide regular progress updates and actively engage in mentorship programs to accelerate professional growth.
Job Requirements:
Education/Background: Open to all majors (PR, Marketing, International Relations, Linguistics preferred). Familiarity with Chinese or target market cultural backgrounds is advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in the target market language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, German, etc.).
English Proficiency: Fluent in English as a working language, with strong business communication skills.
Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of the target market's culture, customs, and media landscape; familiarity with cultural differences between China and Western countries to effectively facilitate cross-cultural teamwork.
Skillset:
Proficient in social media operations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
Experience in PR, marketing, or cross-cultural projects is preferred.
