Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with function team to customerize/develop new and optimized formula for key clients
- Applies scientific principles in research, development, production technology, insure the product from ideation to launch
- Functions as a Specialist to provide consultation to various functional departments and provide the technical/profession information and solve problem/issue for clients
- Supports Innovation activities that support the long-term strategy of the organization.
- Good communition and cooperation with other function team
Functional Knowledge
- Food science:familiar with ingredients, formula and regulation of sauce product,have more experience on process and product analysis
- Food safety:farmilir with mocirbe control of ambitent mix product and pasteurized product
- Culinary knowledge:know some typical western and eastern cusines cooking method in kitchen and ingredients always used in kitchen
- Nice have to know some seasoning product development
Business Expertise
- At least 5 year working experience on sauce in food company
- Familiar with sauce formula and process, have capability develop new product from ideation to launch
- Apply principles in research, development, production technology of sauce/dressing product
Problem Solving
- Managing multiple priorities (internal and external) within defined resource pool.
- Strategic Prioritization and Account Planning expertise.
- Proactive technical development and problem solving to support the technical business strategy. Will vary by client.
- Understanding client's procedures, product development processes, and technical personnel to develop products to meet technical requirements of project. Will vary by client.
- Managing cross-functional teams to gather technical information required to effectively respond to client's inquiry.
