Job Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong international exposure and proven recruitment expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle global recruitment delivery and strategic talent acquisition initiatives that support CHINT Group's overseas business expansion. You will lead end-to-end hiring processes, drive international recruitment projects, conduct market insights, and enhance employer branding to attract top global talent.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment Delivery:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for overseas positions — from job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation to onboarding — ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Business Partnership & Insights:
Understand business strategy and key capability requirements, providing data-based recruitment insights and talent recommendations. - Channel Management:
Utilize and manage international recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, local job boards, overseas headhunters, and social media to build strong pipelines. - Project Leadership:
Lead overseas recruitment initiatives, including global campus recruitment, employer branding campaigns, and talent pool development; drive continuous improvement in TA systems and practices. - Data & Process Optimization:
Conduct hiring analytics, salary benchmarking, and conversion tracking to optimize process efficiency and candidate experience. - Talent Market Intelligence:
Research international talent markets and develop regional talent maps to support organizational growth and strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; international education or cross-cultural work experience is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven track record in global or overseas hiring (in-house TA or agency background; dual experience preferred).
- Proficiency in English as a working language; additional languages (Spanish, French, Japanese, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of international recruiting channels, compliance practices, and labor market trends.
- Solid project management, stakeholder communication, and data analysis skills.
- High self-motivation, cross-cultural awareness, and ability to deliver results under dynamic conditions.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience in renewable energy, electrical, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Exposure to employer branding, global campus recruitment, or overseas talent marketing.
- Multi-language proficiency (Mandarin + English + one additional language preferred).
- Experience collaborating with international recruitment agencies or vendors.
