岗位职责
- Providing professional IT services to customers including hardware and software.

- Involves in software project planning, and upgrading, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting
and servicing uses skills as an experienced professional with a full understanding of indus-
try practices and company policies and procedures.

- Design and implement the hardware/software/network solution for customers.
为客户设计和实施硬件/软件/网络解决方案。
- Install and configure the server, storage, network, HA, Cluster and PCs in various condi-
tions.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for products and solutions of Elekta.

- Design and configure MOSAIQ to improve the workflow and usability to meet customer's need.
Install and configure MOSAIQ hardware including Server, Storage, Clients and other devices.
Install and configure MOSAIQ software including OS, domain controller, windows cluster, data-
base, server application and desktop.

- Design and configure TPS to improve the workflow and usability to meet customer's need. In-
stall and configure TPS hardware and software. TPS troubleshooting and urgent issue handling.

- Provide daily maintenance and technical support for customers. Resolve urgent issues for cus-tomer whenever necessary.

- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Manager.
