About The Role
The Industry Lead – Gaming is a strategic, data-savvy expert embedded within the Sales organization, responsible for owning the performance and growth of the Gaming vertical across APAC. This role blends commercial execution with consultative leadership, enabling AppsFlyer to scale its presence and impact in one of the most competitive, high-growth verticals in the region.
You will serve as the go-to expert for the Gaming vertical — partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to shape client strategies, influence deals, and contribute to vertical-specific thought leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own the Gaming Book of Business in APAC — including vertical planning, pipeline analysis, and identification of upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Sales on high-value deals, providing vertical-specific benchmarks, competitive narratives, and product fit guidance.
- Deliver vertical insights across internal and external channels: through EBRs, client workshops, events, or content.
- Collaborate with data analysts to develop KPIs, monitor performance trends, and surface key vertical opportunities.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to build scalable content and influence go-to-market programs.
- Track regional Gaming market shifts, monetization trends, and player engagement dynamics to adapt strategy and messaging.
What You Have
- Experience in growth, publishing, or marketing roles within mobile gaming companies, game publishers, or ad tech platforms in APAC.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies, monetization models, and competitive trends in the gaming ecosystem.
- Analytical and strategic mindset; able to use data to guide action and vertical strategy.
- Track record of working with Sales and GTM teams on enterprise-level client strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to lead discussions with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (other regional languages are a plus); willingness to travel across the region.
