Position Mission

As the Overseas Regional IT Digitalization Lead, you will be the key leader responsible for the local execution of the group's global digital strategy within the region. Your mission is to lead the digital transformation in this region by establishing unified IT standards, integrating and optimizing core systems, and building an agile and efficient digital organization. You will significantly enhance regional operational efficiency, customer experience, and market competitiveness, ensuring the region's digital pace is aligned with the group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Standardization:

Develop a regional digitalization roadmap that aligns with the group's global strategy, tailored to the specific business characteristics, market environment, and regulatory requirements of the region (e.g., APAC, EMEA, Americas).

Lead the definition and implementation of a unified regional IT governance framework, technical standards, data policies, and security protocols, ensuring consistency with global standards for standardized management.

Act as a critical bridge between the Group and the region, ensuring regional digital initiatives effectively support group strategic goals while accurately feeding regional business needs back to the Group.

  • Digital Transformation Execution & Drive:

Take full ownership for taking over and driving the implementation of the group's digital transformation projects within the region. This includes, but is not limited to, CRM/ERP upgrades, data analytics platforms, cloud migration, and process automation.

Proactively identify and explore digital needs from various regional business departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). Lead the planning and implementation of localized digital solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Champion a data-driven decision-making culture by establishing and refining regional data analysis and insight systems to provide robust support for business decisions.

  • IT System Integration & Optimization:**

Conduct a comprehensive review (审视) of the current regional IT systems and application landscape, evaluating their performance, cost, and synergy.

Lead projects for the integration, optimization, or replacement of regional systems, eliminating information silos and building a unified, efficient, and scalable technology platform.

Manage relationships with key regional vendors and partners to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of system delivery.

  • Organizational Capability Building & Team Transformation:**

Assess the current IT team's organizational structure, skill sets, and working models. Design and execute a future-oriented IT organization transformation plan.

Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing digital talent team with business acumen, technical expertise, and agile collaboration capabilities.

Drive a cultural shift within the team towards customer-centricity, agile delivery, and continuous innovation, enhancing the digital maturity of the entire organization.

  • Operations & Risk Management:

Ensure the stability, security, and compliant operation of regional IT infrastructure and core application systems.

Be responsible for the preparation, control, and ROI analysis of the regional IT annual budget.

Strictly comply with local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and cybersecurity requirements, establishing an effective risk prevention and control system.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a regional-level IT leadership role (or equivalent senior management position) within a multinational corporation,** with a proven track record of managing cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.

Must have end-to-end experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects or global/regional system standardization projects from initiation to completion,** with measurable business outcomes.

Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, IT governance, and project management methodologies. Strong understanding and practical experience with cutting-edge technologies like Cloud Computing, Big Data, AI, and SaaS.

Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both Group senior executives and regional business leaders.

Fluent in English is mandatory.
