Position Overview
We are seeking an
Associate Communications Manager
with a strong focus on
content creation and social media operations
. This role requires excellent planning capabilities to design and execute a content strategy that balances
internal priorities
with
external hot topics
. The ideal candidate will drive social media performance, explore new digital touchpoints to support business growth, and strengthen the company's brand presence through
compelling, visually engaging storytelling
. The role also includes managing
ad hoc communications projects
as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a structured content plan with a rolling calendar, integrating internal priorities and external trends.
- Create and adapt high-quality content across multiple formats (articles, graphics, videos, campaigns) and channels (internal and external), using innovative storytelling techniques to engage and inspire audiences.
- Monitor industry and social hot topics, translating them into engaging, shareable communications.
- Identify and explore cross-industry collaborations and KOL partnership opportunities to amplify brand presence on social media.
- Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to evaluate content and channel performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Social Media & Channel Operations
- Manage and grow the company's social media ecosystem (internal and external), with a strong focus on content performance and engagement metrics.
- Establish social media guidelines to ensure alignment and synergy across platforms.
- Identify and pilot new social touchpoints, both internal and external, to boost employee engagement, support business growth, and enhance brand relevance.
Branding & Visual Impact
- Ensure content is visually appealing and consistent across formats, channels, and campaigns, reinforcing brand identity and maximizing audience impact.
- Introduce innovative content formats (graphics, H5, short videos, interactive campaigns) to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, video teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, timely, and cohesive outputs.
Business Partnership & Global Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic business partner to corporate functions, identifying communications opportunities for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the global communications team to ensure message consistency, effective localization, and alignment across initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5–6 years of experience in corporate communications or social media; experience on both in-house and agency sides is a plus.
- Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, internal communication channels, and digital tools, with strong content planning and execution skills.
- Experience collaborating with external KOLs, with the ability to identify hot topics and develop engaging social campaigns.
- Experience in employee engagement, including designing and executing internal communication initiatives that drive participation and engagement.
- Strong visual and creative sense, with proficiency in or the ability to work with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, and Canva.
- Deep understanding of new media and social media trends, with the ability to apply creativity to enhance communication impact.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with fluent communication in both Chinese and English.
- Results-driven, with strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
