The HR Generalist for Noatum Maritime is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support across all locations within the country. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR processes, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with corporate and cluster-wide HR strategies.

A key responsibility is to adapt and implement corporate HR processes at the national level, ensuring consistency with practices across other countries in the Noatum Maritime cluster. The HR Generalist will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Country Manager, supporting business needs while maintaining alignment with international HR standards.

Job Description

  • Policy Implementation: Apply and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate and cluster guidelines.
  • Process Localization: Adapt global HR processes to ensure relevance and compliance with country-specific labor regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding across all national sites.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with corporate frameworks.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with corporate HR.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate HR reporting and data management at national level.
  • Employee Records: Maintain employee documentation and ensure compliance with local labor law.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external providers (e.g., payroll, training, legal) to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with the Country Manager to support workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Cluster Alignment: Work closely with the cluster People team to ensure harmonization of HR practices across countries.
  • Project Implementation: Lead the local execution of cluster-wide HR projects and change initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and HR process optimization.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in generalist positions.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations within a country.
  • Familiar with local labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience in maritime, logistics, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to adapt corporate processes to local contexts.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, multicultural environments.
