- Build supplier ecosystem partnerships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery excellence. 构建供应商生态伙伴关系,确保质量、成本和交付的卓越表现。

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 工程、供应链或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 10+ years of supplier development, procurement, or sourcing experience in manufacturing or electronics. 在制造业或电子行业有10年以上供应商开发、采购或寻源经验。
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills. 具备良好的谈判、供应商管理与成本分析能力。
