The Role
You'll lead all commercial activity across China, spanning both sales and marketing. The role blends strategy with delivery - from pricing and account planning to team performance and customer growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the commercial strategy across China
- Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional sales and marketing team
- Build and deepen senior-level OEM and Tier-1 partnerships
- Drive pipeline activity across Japanese, European, and local manufacturers
- Own pricing, positioning, and forecasting to drive margin growth
- Feed customer and market insight into wider product and investment decisions
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Proven leadership of commercial teams in China
- Strong track record with OEMs and Tier-1s in complex sales environments
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Commercially confident, strategic thinker with strong data awareness
