The Role

You'll lead all commercial activity across China, spanning both sales and marketing. The role blends strategy with delivery - from pricing and account planning to team performance and customer growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the commercial strategy across China
  • Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional sales and marketing team
  • Build and deepen senior-level OEM and Tier-1 partnerships
  • Drive pipeline activity across Japanese, European, and local manufacturers
  • Own pricing, positioning, and forecasting to drive margin growth
  • Feed customer and market insight into wider product and investment decisions

What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Proven leadership of commercial teams in China
  • Strong track record with OEMs and Tier-1s in complex sales environments
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Commercially confident, strategic thinker with strong data awareness
