Job Description
The (Sr.) Product Manager reports to Marketing Team Leader and is responsible for new product launch of robotics product, build up launch strategy with cross-functional stakeholders and commercial model of China market.

  • Understand unmet needs and discover customer insights of endoluminal diagnosis and treatment procedures in thoracic, interventional respiratory departments.
  • Responsible for NPI and work as for the lead for product launch projects in China.
  • Cooperate with global and China cross functional team to accelerate regulatory pathway and clinical studies.
  • Develop and manage KOLs through integrated platforms and develop comprehensive launch strategies.
  • Closely work with sales teams to identify and convert business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on competition landscape.
  • Lead the development of marketing collaterals such as selling aids, sales tools and KV, etc.

职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree required, medical background preferred
  • At least 5-year experience of sales and marketing in medical device or pharma industry, at least 2-year marketing experience, exposure to surgical products is a plus
  • Fluent in business English reading, speaking and writing
  • Outstanding capability on presentation and communication
  • Good KOL development and management skill
  • Strong execution skills with meticulous planning
  • Ability to interact with people at multiple levels
  • Frequent travel required
