- Lead and mentor a team of systems quality engineers across manual, automation, and performance.
- Prepare test design based on documented requirements and team discussions, including SW engineers, ML engineers, and project managers.
- Take responsibility for the testing activities, including estimating test efforts, analyzing requirements, preparation of test cases & test data, and test execution.
- Contribute to manual, automation, and performance testing.
- Drive performance testing efforts including load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Develop and maintain automation framework for UI, API, and Mobile.
- Provide reports and track quality metrics. Skills & Requirements:
- Technical background and education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- 8+ Years of experience in systems testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure).
- Experience in Web and mobile testing.
- Experience in API & database testing.
- Hands-on GitHub action.
- 2+ years working with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Robot
- Perform Analysis and Design, design reviews, and development for test automation.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.).
- Utilizing load, stress, and analysis to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tools and reporting.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Experience working in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum Methodology for streamlined testing workflows. Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in software/hardware integration testing.
- AI/ML experience.
- ISTQB certificate preferred.
