We are seeking a professional with
senior procurement financial analysis expertise
based in Shenzhen.
I. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with merchandise leads on long-term financial strategies, investment priorities and product portfolio roadmaps; lead category annual budget planning & target-setting, and communicate with senior management via clear business logic/financial data to influence decisions.
- Real-time monitor & analyze category P&L (sales, profit margin, inventory health, promotion ROI) and deliver forward-looking insights + simulation models to guide business adjustments.
- Establish financial & operational risk early-warning mechanisms for proactive risk identification; explore market opportunities, evaluate new business value to revenue/profits, and support expansion.
- Lead analysis of key business issues to deliver solutions and support category transformation (business case, post-launch reviews) to drive optimization.
II. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferred: CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certifications.
- Proficient in retail finance & P&L management; strong data analysis/business insight. Experienced in senior management communication/reporting; able to work under high pressure; skilled in advanced financial modeling.
- Preferred: 8+ years of commercial finance/consulting experience in retail or FMCG.
