Job Description:

  • Be responsible for the recruitment of local employees and core business lines overseas for the company, and be accountable for the completion rate of core position recruitment and overall recruitment.

  • Possess strong targeted search capabilities, capable of conducting long-term and precise recruitment in target companies and industries.

  • Have strong mapping and social recruitment capabilities, with extensive connections in the industry; regularly study industry development trends, collect talent information within the industry, and establish a talent pool.

  • Build and optimize recruitment channels, empower channels, enhance efficiency, and ensure their activity and output; manage and promote recruitment channel innovation, and continuously explore new recruitment methods using new concepts and platforms.

  • Have strong talent judgment, be proficient in behavioral interviews and various assessment tools to evaluate candidates.

  • Analyze key recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with English proficiency sufficient for work.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in overseas recruitment or local HRBP recruitment, familiar with the IT industry, and having one's own channel resources and in-depth understanding of mid-to-high-end talent recruitment.

  • Excellent management, social, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively expanding and maintaining recruitment channels.

  • Familiar with human resource management-related businesses, and proficient in professional knowledge and skills such as human resource planning and allocation, job analysis, competency modeling, talent assessment, and recruitment interviews.
