Job Description
About the Company
- We are a leading textiles and garment manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong, with a state-of-the-art production facility in Guangdong employing over 1,000 staff.
- Our clientele includes renowned fashion retailers and brands across Japan, Europe, the United States, and China.
- As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive organizational excellence at our Dongguan factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team
- Take full ownership of HR and administrative functions at the Guangdong factory
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group's long-term goals
- Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of open communication
- Design and execute HR policies and procedures that support organizational development
- Oversee all aspects of people management, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and culture-building
- Ensure full compliance with PRC employment laws and regulations
- Participate in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities and support related initiatives across the organization
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within manufacturing environments
- Prior experience in the garment or textiles industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of PRC employment ordinance and labor regulations
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Knowledge of ESG principles and practices is a strong advantage
