What You'll Do
As the
Origin Lead – China
, you'll be RSA Global's commercial spearhead for outbound eCommerce exports from China. Your mission: drive growth by onboarding seller aggregators, enablers, and D2C exporters — and ensuring they consistently move cargo with us.
You'll:
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from lead generation to onboarding — across China.
- Leverage your network of
cross-border exporters, Amazon sellers, aggregators, and freight enablers
for quick wins and fast activation. - Work with origin-side partners to coordinate documentation, booking, and handover.
- Travel across China (think
Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Hangzhou, Shanghai
) to identify and close key accounts. - Act as RSA's on-ground intelligence — reporting customer insights, feedback, and trends to continuously improve the product.
- Be a trusted partner to internal ops and tech teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in
cross-border eCommerce logistics or export freight forwarding from China
. - A strong network of
seller aggregators, Amazon/eBay/Shopify exporters, or D2C brands
you can immediately tap into. - Commercial sharpness with a hunter mindset — you're driven by results, revenue, and rapid growth.
- Operational understanding of
export documentation, bonded zones, customs compliance, and air/sea linehaul models
. - Mobility and flexibility to travel across China — seller hubs won't come to you; you'll go to them.
- Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to work independently and own outcomes.
