  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics in North China.
  • Lead key account management and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
  • Responsible for the regional sales and channel operation management, including market expansion, customer management, product management, cost supervision, expense control and so on.
  • Profit target management Responsible for regional l performance, including profitability, sales revenue, gross margin.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team ;
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance appraisal, and implement training programs.
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management for the region.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM processes (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Production, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to optimize regional operations.
  • Market Expansion & Partnerships:
  • Explore partnerships, distributors, or channel strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client negotiations,including some government department affairs coordination.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and risk mitigation.
