- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics in North China.
- Lead key account management and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
- Responsible for the regional sales and channel operation management, including market expansion, customer management, product management, cost supervision, expense control and so on.
- Profit target management Responsible for regional l performance, including profitability, sales revenue, gross margin.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team ;
- Set clear KPIs, conduct performance appraisal, and implement training programs.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management for the region.
- Ensure adherence to CRM processes (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Production, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to optimize regional operations.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships:
- Explore partnerships, distributors, or channel strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client negotiations,including some government department affairs coordination.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and risk mitigation.
