Position Summary
In terms of RPA implementations, you will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions leveraging the appropriate components of the platform, and implement them. You will be able to provide advice and development process improvements leveraging tools such as the MS Power platform, AA, Uipath or Blue prism.
The successful candidate will actively engage with business stakeholders to conduct consulting-led RPA process assessments, establish the RPA CoE, and create intelligent process automation using RPA tools. Collaboration with clients to facilitate the implementation and expansion of RPA solutions will be key. Success in this role will be pivotal in propelling the growth of the Cognizant team and elevating its RPA capability.
Role And Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify solutions.
- Provide input into "to be" process design and provide advice on which RPA tools would be appropriate.
- Responsible for architecture, design, build, test, and deployment of the RPA solutions, as well as managing teams, ensuring new team members have mentors and adopt best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compatibility and interoperability of automated processes and workflows.
- Research and recommend modern technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes and workflows.
- Developing and supporting custom workflows using the Microsoft Power platform, AA, Uipath or Blue prism
- Ensure that coding standards (both technical and organizational) are adhered to.
- Ensure that data security is ensured during process development.
- Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues
- Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automated solutions.
- Work as a lead developer and manage both onshore and offshore teams.
- Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition and maintenance, do effort estimation, Delivery planning, Software Quality Assurance
- Creating Handover Documentation
- Able to deliver on assigned responsibilities adhering to coding standards, policies, and procedures.
- Working on Support and Maintenance activities
- Migrate existing automations from the old environments to new environments, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot any issues that may arise after the migration.
Mandatory Skills
- Intelligent Automation / RPA: UiPath, Power platform, Blue prism
- Agile / DevOps: .Net, C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, Clarity.
- Web Technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax
- Able to Installation and configuration of data gateways.
- Proficient in Developing of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
- Be able to provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
- Be able to estimate work effort and extrapolate into project plans.
- Be adept at leveraging innovative approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
- Able to interpret and design database models (Dataverse, MYSQL, SQL Server)
- Possess practical experience using RPA at an intermediate level and be Power platform/UiPath/Blue Prism/AA certified.
- Able to architect, present and explain RPA solutions to various stakeholder groups.
- Solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment with evidence of the ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test and documentation in Power platform/UiPath/Blue prism/AA RPA.
- Able to quickly understand customers' business processes and explore and architect solutions leveraging RPA tools.
- Willingness to keep up to date on the latest versions of Power platform/UiPath/Blue prism and new functionality.
- Able to work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues and assisting with replanning where necessary.
- Knowledge of RPA and AI API's
- Strong experience using software technologies such as .Net Framework, C#, and VB scripts.
