- Manage the entire lifecycle of cooperative clients, including accurate project delivery, meticulous client relationship maintenance, and detailed renewal management. Identify value-added sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regularly and consistently engage with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and data-related challenges. Provide customized professional data consulting services and effective solutions.
- Collect, systematize, and analyze business-related data comprehensively, employing flexible data analysis tools to extract valuable information and profound insights. Provide strong support for key decision-making.
- Efficiently coordinate and plan across departments, collaborating closely with project teams, product teams, and analyst teams to address various customer needs in projects.
- Thoroughly gather and accurately analyze customer needs and feedback. Dedicate efforts to delivering high-quality service experiences for customers and users, promoting internal product iteration and improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce data analysis or data services, with a deep understanding of e-commerce data business logic and the ability to provide comprehensive data solutions.
- Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (e.g., personal care/beauty, food & beverages, maternal and child health), retail channels, or the internet industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a quick learning ability.
- Outgoing, positive, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
