The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Take full charge of workshop's routine operation and management, ensure the whole workshop always run in a secure and compliant environment
- Responsible for formulation and fulfilment of workshop's operation strategy and objective According to the company's development direction
- Team and people management, Build a team that vision consistent with company expectation, positive, behaviour are consistent with MBM Guiding Principles
- Use the IE, Lean and Six sigma knowledge, Continuous improvement for production process and technology, Optimization of personnel and organizational structure, Enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall manufacturing costs
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Optics or Management or related
- 5+ years' experience in Production management and 3+ years' experience in Engineer
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
