- Prepare related files and materials, make customer visit plan; discuss with customers about the project that will be constructed.
- Confirm customers' order, press customer to pay; handle sales behind issues; deal with emergency.
- Responsibility of top/bottom line growth through price/cost management.
- Responsibility for accounts receivables, monitoring A/R aging and coordinates with accounts receivable controller.
- Management of logistics functions e.g. warehousing, delivery.

- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

- Attend Company's sales conference; communicate with technical service people to solve project problems.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Working closely with technical service/applications to service customers' requirements.
- Control of inventory levels through replenishment and planning.
- Handling of customer complaints
- Management of customer service for forecasting, ordering, shipment tracking, local delivery. Build Customer focused Mindset
- Understanding and gathering insights & trends in the market, at competitors and customers, to provide value-added, compelling solutions to customers.
Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of key account management working experience; 2 to 3 years in R&D or production work experience in Food Company is preferred.
- Food science or related background; excellent negotiating and communicating skills, and excellent presentation skills is plus
- GTM experience in food ingredients.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends.
- Understanding of the target market, Knowledge of food science.
