- 负责公司 IT 平台产品测试需求的调研,设计和实施,包括但不限于 Web测试、安全测试、性能测试、自动化测试、可靠性测试、测试工具链交付等;

Purpose/Objective
- The Principal Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of next-generation histology product platform of Leica Biosystems. Responsibilities of the incumbent will include leading design, optimization, and innovation of the software platform architecture of the whole LBS products line. This position works intensely with global cross-functional team to meet/exceed business and quality objectives of Danaher Corporation.
Area Of Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale system and software architecture design of new histology products.
- Lead design and testing effort for full software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Shapes design methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
- Set technical direction not only for the team but will help guide engineering vision.
- Participate in the formulation of technical and innovation roadmap.
- Lead workflow/process creation and optimization impacting cross-functional team cooperation.
- Develop team's technical competency following product/tech. roadmap.
Person Specification:
- Skills / Competencies
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills; Proficient in more than one other programming language.
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture with wealthy hands-on experience.
- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods.
- Extensive knowledge of medical system and hardware.
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Strong systematic thinking abilities.
- Effective organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Good presentation abilities.

- Working experience in Medical Device is preferred
