该职位来源于猎聘 As the Technical Project Engineer, you will get the unique opportunity to be a part of a cross-functional engineering team developing technologies and innovative product solutions across the Automotive Cockpit Electronics Sector.
Technical Project Engineer works closely with customers, suppliers and R&D engineering disciplines and with the project management office and business development team.
Technical Project Engineer reports to Daiichi China Technical Leader and has close communication for the tasks. For all assigned projects, the Technical Project Engineer works closely with R&D Engineering disciplines, especially with Software and Hardware Engineering team of Tier2 suppliers and also with Project Management Office, and Business Development.
具体工作内容: Communicates with technical leader and customer closely to understand project needs and expectations regarding specifications and norms Technical interface between DAIICHI and tier 2 suppliers mainly in China for technical subjects, ensuring the supplier achievement of the customer needs and requirements Supports technical activities such as electronics and system tests on the bench and in the vehicle and collaborating with interdisciplinary international teams. Supporting customer requirements in accordance with project and company expectations and strategies. Defines, records, and improves the process of the activities to improve the process quality Integration and participation on a multidisciplinary team to achieve the project targets and project planning tracking to ensure that all project deadlines are met. Ensuring the implementation of automotive industry processes and standards and supporting and reviewing test standards. Clearly document troubleshooting processes, technical findings, and customized solutions to capture and re-use knowledge. Determining the relevant test contents within the scope of testing and evaluation activities and associating the tests with qualification/certification requirements. Making technical presentations during the project lifecycle in case of need infront of the OEM and supplier. Participates in weekly management and technical meetings on the OEM and supplier side and weekly risk/problem management meetings inside of DAIICHI. Controls AQP test (Design and Process Validation) reports preparation and outcome, highlighting any critical point and involving related supplier/internal team members to initiate root cause investigation and solution plan compliance with customer regulations and requirements and providing customer full AQP test report package. Supports sample delivery to customers, parts expedition to plant, customer facilities and joined test session organization and executions, internal vehicle test execution and logs collection. Managing the follow-up of requirements through software tools such as Jira,Doors, Confluence, Microsoft Team and SharePoint, etc. Conducting domestic and international business trips based on project needs. 岗位要求:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics,Computer Science etc.) 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry in the field of technical project engineering. Experience in a customer-facing role in either applications or customer technical support. Able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Have a positive attitude, good oral and written communication skills, and able to work well in a team environment. Able to follow up the assigned tasks closely with can do attitude, motivated by the success and bring value to the table. Have experience in stakeholder and supplier management to facilitate efficient collaboration and optimize project outcomes. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting of software and hardware interoperability problems Knowledge of automotive electronics system architecture, interfaces and communication (Cockpit electronics, head units, infotainment systems,instrument cluster, USB, BT, CAN, LIN, etc.) Familiar with embedded system, software, and hardware design Familiar with software intense system development lifecycle and processes (V-Model, Automotive SPICE). Able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Have a positive attitude, good oral and written communication skills, and able to work well in a team environment. Be able to travel abroad for technical field support. Familiar with Functional Safety / Cybersecurity / Autosar domains for the automotive industry is a plus. Experience with Android/Linux is a plus.
