Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager. This role is crucial for driving profitable growth by leveraging data and modeling capabilities to optimize pricing, promotions, product mix, and trade terms across our channels, especially in Online + Offline (O+O). You will work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the division RGM Director in developing and executing revenue growth strategies.
•Provide strong modeling and analytical support to cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance), identifying how L'Oréal invests in trade terms (discounts, rebates) to enhance O+O performance.
•Generate data-driven recommendations for channel negotiations.
•Collaborate with teams to identify and drive RGM opportunities, optimizing promotions based on season, demand, and competition.
•Run and support RGM analyses using dashboards, feeding insights back to business teams.
•Leverage data to optimize pricing across categories/channels and recommend product mixes for maximum profitability and inventory efficiency.
•Track local RGM performance and ensure guideline realization using RGM dashboards.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
•Experience: More than 7 years in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, or strategic roles within FMCG/Beauty.
Core Skills:
oExceptional data modeling capability is essential.
oProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) and statistical programming (Python/R).
oStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
oExcellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal abilities.
oFluent in Chinese; strong English communication skills.
