- Guide clients in retail operations, pricing, promotions, marketing, product assortment, inventory control, and visual merchandising, in collaboration with corporate departments.
- Ensure distributors' compliance with company standards and SOPs through continuous liaison and follow-up.

- Develop and implement sales plans with clients to achieve company targets.
- Follow up on orders, inventory, and payment processes to ensure sales targets are met.

- Partner with distributors to develop new store pipelines, achieving annual new opening targets while aligning brand presence with corporate guidelines.
- Identify space and location opportunities, providing market insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with commercial property landlords across China to support retail expansion. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues faced by clients. Data & Strategy Analysis
- Regularly analyze client sales, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities.
- Provide business improvement recommendations based on data insights.
- Track industry and competitor trends to support company strategy.
