- Deeply understand business requirements, and write high-quality, executable testing case.
- Assist developer with optimizing the issue of existing systems, address root cause, and enhance user experience.
- Prepare technical documentation, including testing plan, testing report, user manuals, etc., to ensure the sharing and inheritance of technical knowledge within the team.
- Collaborate closely with team members, and other departments to jointly drive product iterations and launches.
- Track and research the latest trends in testing and related technologies, guide the lower-level test to complete the test work better, continuously enhancing both individual and team technical proficiency. Proficient in function testing and interface testing.
- Familiar with at least one programming language, such as Python.
- Familiar with HTTP protocol and RESTful API.
- Familiar with common database basic queries.
- Know about containerization and cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Familiar with TDD and BDD mode.
- Experience with performance testing or security testing is a plus. Soft Skills:
