Key Responsibilities
Merchandising and Product Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive
merchandising strategies
that align with brand positioning and drive sales performance - Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize
product assortment

Sales Channel Development
- Develop and execute
multi-channel sales strategies
encompassing retail stores, e-commerce, and emerging platforms - Optimize
omnichannel customer experience
by ensuring seamless integration across all touch points - Leverage marketplace trends and consumer insights to enhance channel effectiveness and market penetration
Franchise Management
- Serve as primary liaison for
franchise partnerships
, ensuring brand standards and operational consistency - Monitor franchise performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary
Supply Chain Management
- Develop and implement
supply chain strategies
to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and ensure product availability - Develop new suppliers and m
anage supplier relationships

Leadership and Business Operations
- Provide strategic direction for the brand's growth and market expansion initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations and functions
- Manage P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a GM or similar senior role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful
merchandising and product strategies - Direct experience with
sales channel development
, including physical retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies - Substantial experience in
franchise management
, including franchisee relations and performance management - Proven expertise in supply chain management
, including inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier relations - Background in multi-store management within fashion, sports apparel, or related consumer retail sectors
