to join the tech team, specializing in mechanical systems and quality maintenance.

The role involves supporting the entire product lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales, with a focus on technical support, maintenance quality, and user training. You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, supporting overseas teams, and driving continuous improvements in quality management.

Tasks that await you:

  • Technical support across the product lifecycle

You will develop a thorough understanding of product functions and provide technical support and quality maintenance during pre-sales, sales, and after-sales stages.

  • Installation, maintenance, and training

You will master the installation, maintenance, and repair processes of company products, conduct user training, and deliver product operation demonstrations.

  • Overseas repair and quality documentation

You will guide on-site repair work overseas, ensure that market teams accurately record maintenance quality data, and maintain all relevant documentation.

  • Quality emergency plans and prevention

You will maintain communication with the marketing department, coordinate and follow up on quality emergency plans, and supervise the implementation of quality prevention measures.

  • Collaboration with market operations

You will work with market operations and maintenance personnel to ensure the quality of overseas product operations, maintenance, and repairs.

We expect that you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Are proficient in
    English
    and
    Chinese
    as working languages, with strong verbal communication skills
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in pre-sales and after-sales technical support, preferably in the auto, moto, or robotics industries
  • To analyze and troubleshoot faults in after-sales scenarios
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and effective communication skills, and have a collaborative team spirit
