Job Description
- Establish and improve financial management system and related process/procedure, and overall control the financial operation of the company including but not limited to finance department daily management, company budget and cashflow, etc建立、健全财务管理体系,组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定,对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作等进行总体控制;
- Timely and accurately submit financial statutory reports and complete other mandatory financial or tax reports required by related Government authorities.及时、准确编制并报送财务会计报告等财务信息,并完成相关政府部门要求完成需要上交的财税方面的报告。
- Lead financial indicator analysis and organize related departments to define actions needed to ensure company financial KPI to be met. 负责组织进行财务指标分析,并带领相关部门提出改善建议与意见以确保公司各项财务指标符合公司年度财务规划
- Keep effective communication with other departments to ensure high quality of financial data collection and internal control process execution.与业务团队保持良好的沟通关系,以确保高质量的财务数据收集和内部控制流程的良好实施;
- Keep up with financial policy to timely enjoy refund or other benefits from related authorities. 及时掌握国家相关财务政策,以便及时享受政府相关部门提供的退税或其他优惠政策;
- Monthly reports to management on necessary financial status reports such analysis reports, to provide financial reference for management decision.每月向管理层汇报各项关于财务状况的分析报告,为管理层决策提供参考依据;
- Lead and consolidate budget. 主持并汇总各部门的财务预算;
- Support internal and external audit. 配合各项内外部审计;
- Overall monitor compliance to tax regulation and accounting regulation and lead related stakeholders to define actions to mitigate risks. 总体监控公司在税务和会计核算等方面的合法合规, 并组织相关人员制定措施降低风险;
- Develop finance team, including hiring, setting up KPI to evaluate and motivate the whole team.领导和发展财务团队,包括招聘,设定团队绩效指标,评估和激励团队成员。
The Successful Applicant
- Bachler's degree above, majoring in accounting or finance management.本科以上学历,会计或财务管理专业;
- Be familiar with financial policy, accounting policy, tax policy, etc, and be keen on financial risks based on analysis skills. 熟悉国家财税政策、精通国家财税法律法规、具有较强的财务分析、判断能力和风险识别能力;
- At least 8 years working experience in Manufacturing(foreign company prefered)至少8年以上大型制造企业相关工作经验(有跨国外企工作经验)优先;
- Good communication and partnership and good at coordinating relationship with internal and external partners, including Government related authorities. 良好的沟通能力和人际交往技能,能有效协调公司内部各部门关系,与政府各部门能够建立良好的关系;
- Be familiar with ERP especially SAP.熟练使用ERP尤其是用友和SAP
- Solid accounting knowledge and financial skill, with overall financial capabilities. Certificate such as CPA is preferred. 有扎实的会计基础和财务技能,具备全盘账务处理能力,CPA等证书优先。
- Required fluent spoken English and written English 英语读写流利
