We have operations in the US and Mainland China, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for a finance manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Manage the monthly financial closing process for various domestic and international entities, supervising month-end closing with three major financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Manage the comprehensive budgeting process by understanding company strategy and close communication with function heads, including budget preparation & alignment, monitoring & adjustment to ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk management, optimizing the allocation of cash and cash equivalents, including the optimization for overseas assets.
Oversee routine compliance request with team, including tax, annual audit, payment and reimbursement requests. Initiate process optimization when needed.
Conduct Ad-hoc simulation and analysis support based on business needs, including supply chain BOM cost and export-related operations.
What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis within the medical device /consumer goods or related industry, with comprehensive financial accounting knowledge. - Proficient in English communication, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external business partners.
Proficient in using financial software such as Kingdee or similar, as well as office software like Microsoft Office.
A strong sense of responsibility, excellent problem-solving skills, a steady personality, and a meticulous work attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
