Job Description
- Develop and coordinate overall QSC planning processes including LRP, ABP, CMF, etc to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials, as well as delivers the target for P&L, Working capital and cash flow management; Responsible for Above Site planning
- As key Finance contact to connect with HQ QSC / GC Commercial, ensure new process/ KPIs / regulations anchoring in China
- Support FD, GC QSC together with hub to complete monthly financial closing and reporting, performance reviews and SOX tests, and lead hub to perform all Planning & Forecasting activities (CMF, LRP, ABP, etc.) based on defined process
- Provide QSC actionable dashboard and performance analysis with recommendations to help business partners to make fact-based decisions;
- Steer actual business develops and identify opportunities & Risks. Engage with management / business partners for actions to ensure delivering of financial commitment; Strengthen expense management, kick off regularly review meeting;
- Partner with QSC, Finance and Business teams performing dynamic analysis with necessary data analytics and insight to support decision makings on QSC investment plans
- Lead to develop NPI Cogs review process with collaborating with QSC and commercial. Excellence in business partnering to ensure NPI Cogs/ GP% review and approval in QSC Finance;
- Ensure Business related activities / transactions are in line with company Worldwide Procedures and internal control requirement;
- Continuous development of processes & reports to drive increased operational efficiency. Ensure alignment and reconciliation of business and financial systems.
- Ad hoc analysis to support Business needs
**The Successful Applicant
Education**
- Master degree or above in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline from reputable institution; MBA is preferred;
- Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification e.g. CPA/CMA/CFA etc.;
Experience And Skills
- Over 8 years' experience in finance, accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and management accounting skills are required.
- The ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making is required.
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements is required.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills are required
- Organization and strong communication skills are required.
- The ability to design business processes and have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment is required.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related role is preferred.
- Strong project management skills are preferred.
