- Follow up with company clients.
- Responsible for reconciling accounts and collecting payments from sales clients, self-managed corporate clients, and cooperative agents.
- Review contracts and legal matters, and handle complaints.
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and organize business resources from external distribution channels.
- Manage internal pricing.
- Responsible for producing various statistical reports and completing tasks assigned by branch management. Requirements:
- College degree or above, familiar with logistics sales processes. At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; experience in foreign companies is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to independently handle crisis situations.
- CET-4 or above preferred; proficient in English with fluent speaking skills for barrier-free communication.
