About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Director to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the electronic components market—particularly terminal block connectors—and a proven track record in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans based on company strategy, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
 - Lead overseas sales efforts, driving revenue growth in international markets.
 - Collaborate with senior management to establish sales policies, processes, and incentive programs.
 - Build and optimize a high-performing sales team, including regular training to enhance capabilities.
 - Maintain expert knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.
 - Monitor sales performance, manage payment risk, and ensure timely collections.
 - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers while developing new business opportunities.
 - Analyze sales performance in regular meetings and provide timely solutions to challenges.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 6+ years of sales team management experience, preferably in electronic components or terminal block connectors.
 - Strong knowledge of domestic and international market conditions with established customer networks in lighting, security, industrial controllers, or related industries.
 - Excellent leadership, goal execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
 - High resilience under pressure with a strong internal drive.
 - Proficient spoken English and willingness to travel internationally.
