该职位来源于猎聘 Lead Development Engineer will report to the Technical Manager, managing and monitoring the product with the aim of developing new product and will contribute to the improvement of existing products through a basic understanding of the underlying principles.

In general, project work will be of a fundamental development, problem solving or fault-finding nature, ending in a better understanding of a particular issue, or in a product enhancement that can be handed over to the corresponding group in the company for further development. The job holder will work from broadly defined objectives and contribute to develop new product through a basic understanding of the underlying principles. Mission: To provide depth of subject matter knowledge in areas of core capability, either product or system based. Maybe affiliated with appropriate industry/company forums and be a leading voice in their field of specialty.

To develop product systems solutions to engineering problems using new or existing technologies in creative and innovative ways during the life cycle of development of new products. Responsibilities:

  • To lead the end-to-end development of semi dry pump, ensuring alignment with MRS requirements such as performance, reliability, and cost objectives.
  • To lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and innovate solutions in vacuum system design. Ensure product transition from concept to production. Being recognized both internally across PCs, divisions and potentially externally as class leading.
  • Lead the design, prototyping, testing and validation of semi dry pumps, focusing on mechanical, electrical, thermal, purge and vacuum performance.
  • Drive innovation in materials selection for vacuum, corrosive, and high-temperature environments (eg, seals, rotor/stator components, coating). Support FEA and vibration analyses to optimize pump durability, efficiency, and contamination control. Troubleshoot design and operational issues during R&D, manufacturing and trial test.
  • The role will help drive standards and practice to support engineering value objectives. Promote best practices in design, documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Defining the targets for what their specialty can contribute to improvement in business performance in their domain. Prepared to drive and make commitment to reach improvement need.
  • Support test specifications and perform tests to verify and validate the design and the product that meet customer requirements and work in accordance with design intention.
  • Lead risk assessment through HazOp and FMEA methodologies. Ensure compliance with semi related compliance, standards and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Job Qualification: Education level: Have bachelor's degree or above on mechanical or electrical or equivalent in engineering field. Worked in a new product development / assembly environment with at least 8 years o

Understand full project phases through purchasing, design, executing and close out o

Understand product commercialize process including time, cost & quality constrains o

Realize product specification by managing market requirement specification Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfil the role's responsibilities) o

Knowledge of complex vacuum and product structure o

Knowledge on design principle related with GD&T and design tool such as CAD, CATIA o

Knowledge on international standard related with safety of rotating machinery

  • Ex. Semi S2, EN61010, EN1012 o

Knowledge on international standard related with industrial material

  • Ex. REACH, RoHS, o

Knowledge on statistical analysis method such as SPC, 6 sigma o

Knowledge on evaluation method of Reliability related with SEMI E10 Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements) o

Understand customer satisfaction is the key successful factor. o

Be good at using general office software, Word/Excel/MPP etc. o

Be pro-active, self-motivated, and self-confident o

Fluency in English written and spoken
