- Act as local technical interface to local ADAS HW suppliers, driving hardware development in line with BMW requirements and processes.
- Review and challenge supplier designs, schematics, PCB layouts, thermal concepts, and integration proposals.
- Ensure alignment with global ECU architecture (SoC, MCU, RAM, Ethernet Switch, power supply)
- Oversee ECU validation plans (thermal, EMC, functional safety) and ensure test coverage matches BMW processes and China specific regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China (SW, functional safety, vehicle integration) for smooth system integration and debugging of HW problems.
- Support and contribute to hardware design reviews, DFMEA, and test documentation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis of supplier hardware designs (schematics, PCB, signal integrity, power distribution).
- Support hardware bring-up and debugging activities during prototype phases.
- Review SoC/MCU integration and assess bottlenecks (processing, memory, bandwidth). 职位要求:

- Experience in robotics, driver assistance systems, or sensor data and sensor fusion.
- Bachelor in Hardware Design or equivalent.
