工作职责:
- 承担技术创新并落地;
- 参与核心产品功能模块的设计、开发、调试等工作,解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题;
- 作为主要人员参与制定电子(子)系统技术方案,为主管提供关键技术支持;
- 作为主要人员参与电子(子)系统技术方案评审、详细设计评审等,并提供建设性意见;
- 培训团队中的其他专业人员,并指导其他专业人员解决具体技术问题;
- 负责分析跟进疑难问题或痛点,发现潜在风险,进行系统分析给出体系解决方案并实施落地;
- 深入思考研发过程中的问题,提升团队的工作效率与改进研发质量,为产品的稳定可靠提供保障;
- 承担电子组件详细设计,包括原理图设计及PCB Layout;
- 承担电子组件的DV、EV以及PV试验,解决试验过程中出现的问题;
- 在产品的生命周期内支持生产、采购、市场以及售后团队;
- 制定技术规范和开发流程。
工作要求:
- 电子工程、电气工程或相关教育背景的本科及以上学历,6年以上电子电路设计的工作经验;
- 熟悉产品与技术研发流程,了解产品开发质量体系和医疗器械法规;
- 掌握高速电路设计、模拟电路设计;
- 熟悉电子产品可靠性设计方法及测试方法;
- 专业的分析和解决问题的能力,能独自面对挑战性问题;
Staff Electronics Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical innovations and their implementation to enhance product competitiveness.
- Design, develop, and debug core product modules, resolving critical project and technical challenges.
- Serve as a key contributor in defining the electronic (sub-)system technical solutions and support supervisors with critical technical inputs.
- electronic system technical reviews, including detailed design evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Train and guide team members, assisting them with technical problem-solving.
- Analyze and address complex issues or pain points, identify risks, and propose system-level solutions with implementation strategies.
- Continuously improve development efficiency and product quality to ensure stability and reliability.
- Handle detailed design of electronic components, including schematic and PCB layout design.
- Conduct DV, EV, and PV tests for electronic components, addressing issues encountered during testing.
- Support production, procurement, marketing, and after-sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop technical standards and refine development processes.
Work Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
- Familiarity with product and technology R&D processes, including quality systems and medical device regulations.
- Expertise in high-speed and analog circuit design.
- Proficiency in reliability design and testing methods for electronic products.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to independently tackle challenging issues.
