- Customer complaints handling.
- Incoming product quality communication and pushing on the improvement.
- New project quality assurance.
- Internal audits implementation and the following up the actions to be closed.
- External audits handling.
- Quality systems relevant tasks completion, e.g. documents control, Cpk, MSA study and etc.
- Push internal processes and quality on continuous improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by the quality supervisor and manager.
Requirements
- University degree, bachelor's degree in sciences. Material science is preferred. - >3 years of experience in international business environment. Preferably with experience of customer complaint handling as well as quality assurance in surface treatment. - internal auditor of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 is preferred.
- Ability to read & write English at a competent business level. Good verbal English capability is preferred.
- Skills of computer and office.
