*ROLE
Logitech is seeking an experienced and innovative Global eTail Marketplaces Channel Manager to lead the development and execution of our worldwide go to market (GTM) on 3P Marketplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing brand visibility, and delivering scalable marketplace strategies that empower regional teams to align with market-specific needs and opportunities. Reporting directly to the Global Head of eTail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, and Commercial Teams - as well as external agencies to ensure seamless execution. By combining strategic planning, advanced analytics, and operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Logitech's leadership in global third-party eTail platforms.
CONTRIBUTIONS*
- Marketplace Strategy Development: Develop a strategic blueprint tailored to marketplaces, ensuring alignment with Logitech's 1P business model. This includes identifying portfolio opportunities, designing value-added solutions, and implementing effective pricing models.
- Vendor Management & Partnership Scaling: Design frameworks to attract, onboard, and nurture high-performing third-party sellers, ensuring alignment with Logitech's brand identity and marketplace goals.
- Operational Excellence: Design and execute an efficient operating model that fosters collaboration between service providers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences on marketplaces.
- Reseller Program Innovation: Create and implement a premium reseller program that empowers partners with the tools and resources to drive incremental value and achieve shared growth goals.
- Financial Modeling for Success: Design financial models for marketplaces platforms to guide investment decisions, and measure ROI.
*Qualification & Skills*
6 years of experience in eCommerce
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented, Skilled at navigating change in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Extensive Knowledge of Marketplace Platforms: In-depth understanding of various marketplace models and their dynamics, with proven expertise in operating and scaling a third-party (3P) business effectively.
- Strategic Business Planning: Track record of crafting and executing innovative business strategies to unlock sales growth in digital commerce or social commerce channels.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and making data-driven decisions that align with overarching business goals.
